Smith+Nephew Replicare Ultra Dressing 10x10cm

Replicare Ultra consists of a layer of hydrocolloid (liquid absorbing particles in an elastic, self-adhesive mass), covered on the upper side by a semi-permeable polyurethane film.

Hydrocolloid wound dressings should only be used under the advice of a health care professional. A medical practitioner should treat wounds with signs of clinical infection before treatment with Replicare Ultra. Ulcers predominantly or entirely caused by arterial insufficiency should be inspected regularly by a medical practitioner.

• Do not use on infected wounds.
• Do not use on patients with a known allergy to hydrocolloid dressings.

• The thin and light construction of Replicare Ultra conforms well to patients’ contours. Replicare Ultra is easy to use, even in awkward areas such as the heel, toes and sacrum.
• Good absorbency and high permeability, making it ideal for light to moderately exuding wounds.
• Backing film is waterproof and prevents fluid strikethrough.
• The dressing provides a barrier to bacterial strikethrough.
