For the dietary management of:

• Disease related malnutrition in children.
• Patients with high energy and protein requirements.
• Faltering growth.

Specifications:

• Can be prepared to 1kcal/ml,1.5kcal/ml or 2kcal/ml feed, flexibility to prepare to various energy concentrations.
• 6.8g protein/200ml when made at standard dilution (1.5kcal/ml)
• Suitable as a sole source of nutrition or as a supplement to the diet for children aged 1-12 years.
• Contains a higher percentage of fat, a lower percentage of protein and less iron compared to an adult supplement to cater specifically for the needs of children.
• Available in vanilla flavour.

Important Notice:

• For enteral use only.
• Not for parenteral use.
• Must be used under medical supervision.
• Suitable as a sole source of nutrition for children from 1 year onwards.
• Not suitable for patients with galactosaemia.
• Monitor fluid intake to ensure adequate hydration status.
• Unsuitable for children under 1 year of age.

Directions for use:

• Keep tightly sealed and store in a cool, dry place.
• Do not refrigerate.
• Wash your hands, use clean or sterilized utensils and ensure top of packaging is clean.
• Use only the scoop provided.
• Prepare the food per serving and use within 2 hours.
• Always discard unfinished feeds.
• Once opened, close the packaging, store in a cool dry place (not a refrigerator) and use within 1 month.
• To prepare 100 mL of feed, use 75 mL of water of 20 ° C and add 5 levelled scoops (30.5g) of powder.
