Directions For Use Metamucil Fibrecaps:

Adults and Children 12yrs +

• Take with at least 250ml of liquid (swallow one capsule at a time).
• To supplement daily fibre intake 2 – 6 capsules
• To help restore and maintain regularity 6 capsules

• Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or oesophagus and may cause choking.
• Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention.
• This product may cause allergic reaction in people sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium.
