Askina SilNet Plus is a two-sided silicone wound contact layer that consists of a knitted fabric coated on both sides with silicone adhesive. The double-sided silicone design facilitates its use with secondary absorbent dressings. It is indicated for exuding or non-exuding wounds or fragile skin.

The open mesh structure of Askina SilNet Plus allows exudate to pass into a secondary absorbent dressing. Using Askina SilNet Plus can reduce the absorbent dressing adhering to the wound directly, thereby reducing pain from dressing secondary trauma and changes and the risk of maceration.

Composition: 

• Release liner
• Both sides coated with soft silicone.
• Knitted fabric with holes to allow exudate to pass through to a secondary dressing.

Indications: Askina Silnet Plus is indicated for a wide range of exuding wounds or non-exuding wounds or areas with fragile skin. Such as,
