Arid is a mildly acidic, concentrated rinse aid designed for use as a water dispersant in clinical washer/disinfectors and laboratory automatic dish/instrument washer machines. ARID is a rinsing agent specifically developed for surgical instruments, anaesthetic equipment, utensils and most other medical devices.

• Mildly acidic buffering system – reduces the need for descaling

Descaling of medical devices and instruments is significantly reduced due to the acidic buffering system of ARID Rinse Aid. Arid ’s formula is suitable for use in poor water quality areas due to the acidic buffering system that effectively removes and prevents the formation of limescale without damaging medical devices including anodised aluminium and stainless steel instruments.

Arid ’s low foaming, phosphate free concentrated formula is stable even at elevated room temperatures.

The Dual sequestrant system prevents metallic deposition and staining on medical devices and instruments.

Arid significantly reduces the drying time, resulting in time and energy savings from the automatic cleaning process.
