Alfamino Junior is an amino acid based formula for children over 12 months of age with severe cow’s milk protein allergy, eosinophilic oesophagitis and/or food intolerance.

Alfamino Junior is a food for special medical purposes specifically formulated for children with severe allergy and/or food intolerances. Alfamino Junior is nutritionally complete and suitable for use as a sole source of nutrition. Only suitable from 1 year onwards. Alfamino Junior is for use only under medical supervision.

• Severe cow’s milk protein allergy (including anaphylaxis).
• Eosinophilic oesophagitis (EoE).
• Multiple food protein allergy.
• Severe intestinal malabsorption.

Directions:

• Wash hands before preparation.
• Wash container thoroughly.
• Boil drinking water for 5 min, allow to cool.
• Consult feeding table, pour exact amount of luke warm water (40°C) into a clean container.
• Only use scoop from this can and level using the inner rim.
• Consult feeding table, add exact number of level scoops for the age of baby. Replace lid firmly.
• Shake container vigorously until powder fully dissolved, feed immediately.
• Close the can tightly after each use and store in a cool dry place, before and after opening.

Feeding Table:

Average scoop size = 5.2g

Note: Do not change proportions. Follow feeding instructions.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and use within 4 weeks of opening. All prepared products should be tightly covered and consumed within 4 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated.

• When used as tube feeding, do not add drugs or other foods to the product.
