Every mepilex wound dressing includes safetac – the original less-pain contact layer with silicone adhesion. So, you can remove it easily without damaging the skin.  

Mepilex absorbent foam dressing is trusted around the world to treat a wide range of chronic and acute wounds. The product is easily conformable and highly absorbent to effectively manage wound exudate. 

Mepilex border flex lite is designed for the management of a wide range of non- to moderately exuding wounds, such as leg and foot ulcers, pressure ulcers, surgical wounds, and traumatic wounds e.g., abrasions, blisters, and skin tears. Mepilex border heel is specifically designed to fit the heel. The five-layer absorbent foam structure effectively manages exudate and the wound environment. 

It is soft and comfortable, so there is less pain experienced while changing dressings.
