Suprasorb Liquacel Ag offers excellent absorption while maintaining a stable structure thanks to its blend of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) fibres and Lyocell fibres.

Not only is the unique silver nanotechnology effective against biofilm and a broad spectrum of pathogens, such as MRSA, but it also has a low cytotoxicity profile.

The CMC fibres promote efficient exudate management and help with autolytic debridement. Its stable structure prevents it from shrinking after the gel forms, so the dressing can be removed in one piece.

Product composition:

• 60% carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) fibres, 40% blend of Lyocell and Lunar Ag (silver) fibres (with 1.1% silver nanoparticles).

Fields of application:

• For treating superficial or deep wounds with moderate to high levels of exudate.

Indications:

• second-degree burns.

Properties:
