Skin care oil
Sanyrene Oil Features:
- Topical oil rich in fatty acid glycerides (maize oil: 99%) and containing an anise perfume (1%).
- Reduces the risk of developing a pressure injury by 40%.
- Prevents skin dehydration.
Sanyrene Oil Indications:
- Prevention of pelvic pressure injuries in patients at risk of pressure injuries.
- Prevention of skin wounds induced by prolonged wearing of protective masks or goggles in health
- professionals or people in contact with the public.
Sanyrene Oil Directions for Use: For external use only on the skin.
For the Prevention of Pressure Injuries:
- Wash hands before and after use.
- Make a single spray on the pelvis skin area (trochanter, ischium and/or sacrum).
- Spread the oil gently with your fingertips for about a minute, without massaging or rubbing in order to avoid any skin damage.
The local use of Sanyrene must be carried out within a global management of the patient including, for example, off-loading, frequent repositioning and body mobilization, repeated full skin inspections, protection against excessive moisture, incontinence management, and nutrition.
For the prevention of skin wounds induced by prolonged wearing of protective masks or goggles:
- Wash hands before and after use.
- Make a single spray on your fingers.
- Spread the oil gently on the face skin areas (on the nose, cheeks, especially at the cheekbones, around the ears, and/or on the forehead) with your fingertips for about a minute, without massaging or rubbing to avoid any skin damage.
Sanyrene Oil Frequency of Application: Apply Sanyrene two to four times a day, especially when changing position or before wearing a new mask. Regularity and frequency of application are important to help prevent pressure injuries or skin wounds induced by prolonged wearing of protective masks or goggles.
To Discard the Bottle: In community care, discard it with household waste. In hospital, dispose of according to the procedures in force.
