PolyMem Silver Wic Rope Cavity Filler Non-Adhesive 35x1cm

PolyMem wound dressings consist of a polyurethane matrix containing surfactant, glycerin, and superabsorbent co-polymer. All dressings, except for the WIC cavity dressings, have a semi-permeable outer layer.

With no film backing, WIC expands within the wound cavity to fill dead space, keeping the wound bed clean and moisturized while absorbing excess fluid. WIC Silver Rope was designed for use in tunneling wounds and has a reinforced mesh to ensure one-piece removal.
