Clinical Indications:

Usage: Shake Well.

Oral feeding: Chill before serving. Unopened, store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, recap, refrigerate and use within 24 hours. If poured out of the pack, cover tightly and use within 6 hours.

Recommended Daily Intake:

• Suitable for use as a sole source of nutrition.
• Up to three packs a day as an oral supplement.
• Up to nine packs a day as a sole source of nutrition or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
