Our Compose Island Dressing is a soft, comfortable, self-adhesive dressing designed for use with all wound types. The dressing conforms easily to anatomical contours and is perfect for post-operative wounds. It consists of an Interpose non-adherent pad and a fluid repellent, non-woven backing layer that allows the movement of air. It also features a low irritant adhesive border that provides dressing security and allows for easy removal
