It’s fat-free, fibre-free, gluten-free and low lactose, featuring 100% whey protein for balanced nutrition without added fat. Fresubin Jucy Drink is specifically formulated for the dietary management of patients with or at risk of disease-related malnutrition, particularly those with fat malabsorption, fluid restrictions, or increased energy needs. This product is a food for special medical purposes and should be used under medical supervision.

• High Energy: 1.5 kcal/ml (300 kcal per 200 ml bottle)
• Protein: 8 g per 200 ml (11% energy), from high-quality protein with proven clinical, functional, and nutritional benefits.
• Vitamin D: 4 µg per bottle, supporting bone health and reducing the risk of fractures.

Indications for use:

• For the supplemental dietary management of patients with or at risk of malnutrition in particularly for patients with fat malabsorption and/or increased energy needs. Juice-style, high-caloric (1.5 kcal/mL) oral nutritional supplement. Fat and fibre-free.

Ingredients:

Important Notice:

• To be used under medical supervision. Not suitable as the sole source of nutrition. Not suitable for children <3 years. Use with caution in children <6 years. Not suitable for patients with galactosaemia. Ensure adequate fluid intake. Not for parenteral (I.V.) use.

Dosage:

• To be determined by a healthcare professional according to the patient’s needs. Recommendation for supplementary nutrition, 2 – 3 bottles (600 – 900 kcal)/day.

Instructions for Use:

• Store at room temperature. Once opened, use within 4 hours or can be stored in a refrigerator for up to 24 hours. If used for sip feeding, best served chilled, shake well before use and drink slowly. If used for tube feeding, do not mix with drugs. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.

Additional Considerations:

• Not suitable whenever enteral nutrition is not permitted, such as in acute gastrointestinal bleeding, ileus and shock. Use with caution in severe organ failure with impaired metabolism and severe forms of malabsorption. Not suitable for patients with congenital inability to metabolise nutrients contained in Fresubin Jucy drink.
