How to use the product:

1. Slide the donning aid over your hand with the longer side at the back of your hand, ensuring the thumb stays out. With your other hand, pull the support over your hand and up your arm, making sure that your thumb is positioned correctly.
2. Remove the donning aid underneath the support by pulling at the tapered end. Wrap the strap around your wrist and secure it with the hook-and-loop closure.
3. To remove the stay (e.g. before washing) turn the lower part of your Actimove ManuMotion Wrist Support inside out and take the stay from its pocket. When reinserting the stay, make sure to insert the stay in the right direction so that the curve of the stay will rest on your inner palm and wrist.

Care Instructions:

Remove the stay and close the wrist strap before washing. You can hand or machine wash the Actimove Professional Line ManuMotion Wrist Support using a gentle wash cycle (at 30°C/85°F) and a mild detergent. Do not bleach, dry-clean, tumble dry, or iron. Lay the product flat when drying and ensure it is completely dry before use. Avoid using laundry additives like fabric softener, brightener, or stain remover.
